If your Quest Helper addon is playing up and you just can't figure out what your doing next, never fear just rage quit the quest!!

Or you could try Thottbot it usually has all the answers and when used in conjuction with the TomTom addon it can pretty much pin point where you need to be and give you an idea of what your meant to do.

Just as an addition to the above, the addon Lightheaded adds a fairly regularly parsed list of comments for quests in your quest log by adding a new frame to it.

as for Thottbot, it gets a lot of grief due to the people who add comments on there... 'hunter weapon' type posts etc. and WoWhead has been considered pretty much gospel for some time.
